The Surgery is committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment where patients and staff can be confident that best practice is followed at all times and the safety of everyone is of paramount importance.

All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present during any consultation, examination or procedure where they feel one is required. The chaperone may be a family member or friend. On occasions you may feel that a formal chaperone is required – i.e. a trained member of staff.

Your GP or Nurse may also require a chaperone to be present for certain consultations in accordance with our Chaperone Policy.  Please download a copy of our Chaperone-Policy for further information.

Our aim is to provide the highest level of care for our all our patients.  Please let us know when you think we have done something well or if you have any suggestions as to how we can do something better.  For further information download a copy of our Complaints-procedure.
