Managing Workload

To keep workload within acceptable limits please carefully consider whether a doctor’s appointment is necessary. Alternatives include: reception staff informing you if test results are back. For minor ailments consider self-medication or advice from the pharmacist or Nurse Practitioner.

Please ensure only one complaint per consultation.

Zero Tolerance

The practice is committed to ensuring that our staff treat our patients with dignity and courtesy at all times. We fully expect our patients to treat all staff in the same manner. We support the NHS Zero Tolerance Policy, physical and non-physical violence against our staff is a crime and will not be tolerated. The practice has the right to remove patients from the list who display unacceptable behaviour.

Unacceptable behaviour includes social media posts, verbal aggression,  rude offensive language, shouting and pointing etc.

Suggestions/Complaints

We are here to provide the best service possible for you. If you have any suggestions on how we could improve our service, please let us know (complaints procedure leaflet available from reception). You can speak directly to the Practice Manager or any of the staff who will pass on your concerns to the Doctor. Alternatively, you can put your complaint in writing, or make an appointment with one of the Doctors to discuss your problems.
